The installation process was priceless (pun intended - I din't pay for it) - it was on time, smooth and efficient including the haul-away. The microwave oven is functioning great but we haven't started using the conventional oven yet. The new unit looks modern and sleek and it fits right back into the slot vacated by the older model.

Working on finding an authorized repair was on us, directly through GE. So far, looking at 3 months out for a technician.

Decent unit

For a simple timed heat up, must press about five times, choose time and clear it in the end. I miss that quick one button heat up

There are not many to choose from and I picked this one because it fit my basic requirements. I had it installed today and used it tonight. I am actually quite pleased with it. The "buttons" are quite different from my old one, but it is easy to figure out how to use.
