Two things that really bother me is there is no fast pre heat and anytime you brush near the buttons it will turn off or reset. I’m also still super annoyed when they came to install they didn’t install correctly the first time I had to call them back to fix the non-“perfect fit” they shoved cardboard in as their solution to leverage the oven. Then they proceeded to scratch our wood floors in 3 different places and they left a sweaty mess in our kitchen (during the time of Covid!!) I have yet to hear back from Best Buy regarding what they will do for the floors. Overall I’m not too satisfied and I’ve only had it for a month.

Disappointed that the 27 inch is only available in stainless and no longer available in black. Similarly to my other newer oven , it takes 15 minutes to preheat, more than double my old one.

And so far I am please with purchase. Is also easy to clean. I also set up the Wi-Fi function so is mis connected to my phone.

It replaces my older G E oven that last 20 years. Look's Great. Cook evenly. Bake Delicious desserts. Chicken. Fish. Meet. Bake Potatoes are done very tender. I thought it was coming with a recipe book but it didn't. I was sad for a few days. I recommend this oven to a friend.

It replaced one that was 40 years old so this one is really new to us. It cooks evenly. It does take a longer time to heat up. It is easy to use.

I replaced it because of a change in style in the kitchen, but the oven seems to keep the temperature more even and, interestingly, does not heat up the kitchen when you open the door while cooking.
