Overall we're very happy with the machine. It has just enough options to satisfy our needs, and doesn't include a lot of unnecessary bells and whistles. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the cycles are not much longer than our 20+ year old Whirlpool, which was a worry. Compared to our old machine, the tub seems enormous and we can now wash comforters and quilts instead of taking them to the laundromat. Very happy with the machine and Best Buy's service, delivery and installation.
