The young lady associate assisted me and was so knowledgeable about every unit there: pros and cons of each. Took the time and educated me on items on washers that I might need or not. Delivered, set up by true professionals, who showed me how to work the machine. Love Best Buy.

Excellent washer

This is a high efficiency washer and has many cycles that meets the need for any home washing. I’m not sure if it could handle large heavy load such as a comforter. Great price and great service of installation from Best Buy.

This takes large loads, cleans well and spins the clothes almost dry. It took a few loads to get used to it and at first I thought it shook a lot but after reading the booklet, found out that is normal. I am happy with it.

Great washer for a small family

Currently, it's just my husband and I at home, so it's the perfect size for us. It's not very convenient if you want to wash a big load or bed comforters. It does take about half an hour for a full wash cycle to be done. But, it drains very well.
