I needed a new washing machine, my old one motor went out. The price was great for this new washing machine. I was considering getting a used one, but I didn’t want to trust the motor in a used one. But the price of this one was just fine.

I really like the washer. My boyfriend and I needed to get a washer and dryer, we had been looking for months actually. We are very happy with our purchase.

the only problem I'm having is that my closes come out very wrinkled because the spin cycle is too aggressive.

My new build home came with all ge appliances. So far, 2 have pooped the bed. The washer on Christmas no less.... this washer takes way too many steps to take apart. If you can find the older model you can take the face off, take that one. This one will probably end up as a tannerite filled target in the desert if I can't affordably fix this.

Great machine. Also great customer service and the delivery people went over the machine with me. I went in to get the 299 machine but saw the 399 and happy I got the bigger one. The 299 is a good machine I have a friend who has it and is happy with it but I needed a bigger machine.

This was a warranty swap out for my original machine (not available anymore) very loud and squeaky, makes a lot of vibration

I like the washing machine, not crazy about it locking. If the clothes are not put in the machine so it is balanced, you can not open the machine to fix how the machine is loaded.

I chose this washer after researching several brands. This washer is made in America and has a clean, simple design. The Best Buy crew installed the new machine and took away the old. So far, so good.

The washer is perfect and the installation was good as well. I needed to get a new washer for my mom and was able to do everything online. I ordered on a Friday night and was was installed on Monday. Will definitely be a returning customer.

All delivered and set up nicely. Good machine. Old fashioned way so I get to use good amount of water to wash my cloths. None of that "high-efficiency" low water nonsense for me! :-)

Seems like this washer will do almost everything, though I know it's not top of the line. All different level settings, temperature settings, bleach & softener dispensers. Great new style tub & agitation system. What did I ever do without it?

This is the first time I’ve had to buy a new washing machine in 19 years. Yes, that one was a GE too! Machine is quiet and washes great. Makes me want to find more to wash. Very happy with my choice and BestBuy made choosing and purchasing very easy.

This washing machine works wonderfully! I was delighted by all the possible setting and it is energy efficient. At first i was put off by the agitator in the middle of the washer, but it has grown on me. For the price, the quality is amazing

It makes too much noise during cycle. The only good thing is that it it leaves the clothes almost dry. Less time in the dryer.

I love this new washer! It has everything that I want and need. I like the brand, G.E. and it is very quiet for a washing machine. Glad I bought it at Best Buy!

Had a newer model without a agitator. Never did like it because how could you get clothes clean. Finally clean and good smelling clothes

I love the washer but when it was delivered they dented the corner and wont replace or fix it. I would recommend the product but not have it delivered from best buy.

This washer has had the same problem over and over since I bought it. GE fixed it on their dime 5 times. It is still doing the same thing with the lid lock. The washer will just stop working and the lid lock clicks. Hopefully, it will reset itself. I would not recommend buying it. If it doesn't start back up I will have to go buy another washer but it won't be a GE

Very good washing machaine the perfect size and the inside stainless steel drum not only is it deep and very roomy for a large size load I don’t even have to tip toe to take the clothes out,;) I’m 5.5 and it’s just perfect love it !
