So, we had the washer delivered and it was DOA. BB was great though. They took care of everything and made it right. So far the new one seems to be working ok.

Thus eager is manually operated. I love the fact that I can control all device buttons. This is a great value. Don't have to worry about digital circuits going out like is front loaders. This washer has long life.. usage..

Been using this for over a year. Love the features on it, only thing is that you can't disengage the lock feature if you need to add an item to the wash after it locks

I was looking for a simple design that would have minimal technical components. This was a good fit. Hopefully, this will last 15 years like my previous one.

Make sure you know this is an HE (high efficiency) washer and it uses less water than a traditional one.

Bought the washer for family use. The drum space is great for extra large loads. One thing I do not care for is the main dial.

Very adequate dryer. I moved and my washing machine needed replacing so I bought the dryer too. Nothing fancy but it dries quickly and wrinkles before it's finished. Could not pass up the price either.

I bought a different washer and I returned it. I order this one and I'm happy with this one. I'm glad I did. Best Buy is my favorite store for appliances, they have friendly and professional employees.

Im not used to these new machines that take less water but i leave the turner on super and washes my clothes no complaints here

Okay, let me start by saying... I was very skeptical of buying a washer or dryer from Best Buy at such a discounted rate! However this has been one of my more recent “smart” decisions lately!

Washer is great. Pretty basic features. No issues so far. Best buy delivery was ahead of time with great delivery guys. Looking to purchase the mathching dryer in the near future.

The GE washer gives you very clean clothes along with the stainless steel tub and agitator to match any washer out there. The clothes come out very dry as well which cuts down on the dryer time.

Purchased this washer for parents. It is very quiet (compared to their old one) and gets the job done. No complaints thus far.

This washer does the job. Had for over a year now. Works great and couldn’t be happier. I don’t need all the bells and whistles. This gets my laundry clean and works great.
