They came back and said needed a plumber- had to pay plumber and it was just a simple untightened hose! Not happy

The sheets get all tangled, and often this sets the washer out of balance. It is noisy, but that is not an issue for me as it is downstairs in my laundry room. There is not an option to make any changes to settings once the machine has started a cycle. You would have to do a complete new cycle. There is not an option for a second rinse, which I would prefer because the washer does not always get all the clothes wet, especially using the precise fill option. I have had a repair person out a couple times, and he stated transmission oil is leaking.
