I bought this bc it’s a simple washer. Issues: 1. Best Buy arrived for the installation and had no way to secure the hose (for the dirty water coming out of the washer). Told me I would have to drill holes in my utility sink to secure it. Um, no. 2. Best Buy said they would come back out to fix that install problem. They never did. 3. The washer walks across the floor with EVERY SINGLE LOAD, no matter the size, no matter how evenly weighted, no matter what setting—I’ve tried them all. It goes until it pulls the electric cord tight. Moving it back every time is extremely difficult. 4. The washer stops as though it’s finished, and when I open it, the clothes are completely soaked. As in I can barely lift them, water pours out of them. There is no “drain” cycle, so I have to do the “rinse/drain” cycle, which leaves me in the same position as before. So I end up hand ringing the clothes out and drying them with soap in them. I would think this would be fixable, or I just got a lemon, but no one people from Best Buy has ever actually made it to my house since those clueless installation folks, so I have to assume it’s not fixable and that this is the way the thing is supposed to operate. When I first started this journey, in fact, Best Buy told me that “that’s the way it’s supposed to be.” It’s 9 months later. I’m hoping one day to see someone from Best Buy who will recognize that that’s not how it’s supposed to be.
