I would pause cycle, redistribute clothes and start again. Machine broke less than 1 month after delivery. Will not agitate or spin. Really bummed this happened as I based my purchase on positive reviews.

At first I trusted that the temperature that I selected was accurate and later found that even the "cool" listing produced what I consider hot water. The other labels are no where as clear as they had been in prior models. For example "casuals", - that could be any color or thickness of material. There is also no setting on my machine for dark clothes or cold wash. The claim is that the selections should make it easier but instead it makes it harder trying to figure out how to make adjustments to get desired results. The only positive that I noticed was that most of the water is spun out, making the drying time faster.

The controls and the way it operated did not make sense; during the spin cycle the washer shook horribly. After a day or so our displeasure mounted; we contacted Best Buy who graciously honored our request to return this washer along with our dented gas dryer. We are very happy with the return process and our purchase of a new gas dryer and matching washer of a different brand.
