Whirlpool sent a technician to look at it right away and found a defective supply housing assembly. It is scheduled for repair in 4 days. Not a good start with this purchase! I am happy with the response from Whirlpool to get it fixed, but I shouldn’t have to deal with this the first day!

Since it has been serviced the same problem has occurred twice. The washer will not fill or wash. It has been an inconvenience going to the laundromat.

Unfortunate experience

The machine is still not working properly as of 3/30/18 through no fault of the Geek squad. If the next scheduled repair on 4/5/18 does not work, we will be asking for a new one.

Best Washer Ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replaced my $1000+ LG with this low cost, older style machine because I was sick of all the electronic bells and whistles and constant out of balance error messages followed by laundry just sitting in the machine until I reset it. This new washer washes better than the new no agitator machines. It also does a better job at drying clothes so they dry faster in the dryer. Very simple to operate. Very happy with our purchase. May buy another one just to keep as a replacement machine one day...it's that good!

This machine is roomy and I love the speed wash feature. I don't know why some people are complaining about the noise level. I don't find it to be especially loud at all. I'm glad I chose this machine.
