    After I had to wait a whole month to receive it dealing with the delivery service that Best Buy uses. This whole purchase was horrible for me. I absolutely do not like this washer. It makes the strangest eerie noise when the agitator is in motion. You have to remember to set it to rinse with fabric softener or it will go straight to the spin cycle. I was tryin to go with something with a different sleek look. However, after two days I requested a return and picked my Frigidaire washer/dryer. Hopefully it's delivered as promised and I don't have to go through what I did to get the first one.

    Just what we were looking for! Even though it is a All in One Apartment Washer/Dryer, the Drum Capacity is Just as Large as Regular Side by Side Washer/Dryer

    The initial unit I received was defective, The washer did not complete the cycle or lock and the dryer made a very loud scraping noise. I did a return exchange that was a nightmare. I finally got my new one, The washer now works fine however the dryer again is making a horrible scraping noise it’s not normal I’m going to try another return exchange and see what happens maybe I’ve just had bad luck with the units I received.

    The gal on the floor was so knowledgeable, not pushy, I felt confident, I was making the best choice. I liked her so well I brought my 87 year old friend in , she also purchased a tv from her . Hope you look her up at your Saugus store , and give her a gold star .

    I've used these machines multiple times. Haven't had a problem with any of them. The washer is a bit small but sufficient for an apartment.

    This is my second attempt to get the side vent washer/dryer that I requested for. can't really rate product as the installing company wants me to stay at home and wait from 12:00pm to 8pm. some of us need to work to be able to buy things. they are VERY unreasonable with their time-frames.

    Live in apartment with window air conditioning. The bathroom never gets cool air!, This fan is perfect for above the medicine cabinet and circulates air nicely so you can get ready in comfort!!!
