    The first unit sent was not properly installed and sounded like it would break the tile floor. Apparently the people you sent left in a travel rod and destroyed the washer. The lady on the phone was very nice and seemed to guess the problem. The replacement was installed by Jason and Henry and they pointed out how the previous installers left in a rod that should only be in for moving purposes. They did a good job.

    My first one was defected, the washer would not drain or spin. They sent technician out and wanted to repair, I didn’t agree and they sent out a second one. The washing cycle is super slow and weak. It’s not a washer for heavy loads that’s for sure.
