It’s very small inside and holds only a few items at a time. Just after the holiday, after my retern grace period was over. I placed a brand new present to wash. It was an expensive blanket that had a spill on it. It tore it up from one side to another in a few pieces. I was so sad. I thought I did something wrong. I looked at my new white sheets, and new white towels they look like a dog chewed them I’m so sad started crying. I don’t wear glasses to do laundry. It looked clean. I use little soap and use cold water. My stuff is ruined. Buy two separate units so you only cry once. Never again. Best Buy membership should replace this but they said no repair it. It’s a nightmare. Run away from Best Buy and this stackable GE washer dryer combination cause the agitation system agitated my entire laundry.

The other day, the handle broke on the dryer door as I was trying to open it. The door is is very hard to open and the cheap plastic handle just broke. I ordered a new one on Amazon.

GE Customer Service is being very helpful but who needs the headache? Buy an LG and forget about it. It will work right out of the box without the headaches. I am so disappointed with GE. Best Buy should remove GE products from its available line up.

Horrible Experience with Best Buy service and Appl

Customer care advocate assigned to help never returns calls. Refused to pick up. No confirmation of a replacement. Stores can’t help you. Can only deal with a (800) number. Worst experience and customer service in my lifetime. Never will buy from Best Buy again. For an appliance
