Will Be Nice Ovens.......

There was a tiny crack in the glass of the bottom oven door that no one noticed. When we got the ovens home, the lower oven door glass shattered into thousands of pieces. We immediately called Best Buy and they told us it was not their fault. So, here we are with a brand new GE double oven and no glass door for the bottom oven. We have had to purchase replacement glass ourselves. Big mistake on the part of Best Buy as they can be assured we will never purchase from them again

Poor quality oven with defective parts

In the 20 months we have had this oven the upper and lower cooling fans and control board had to be replaced under warranty less than a year after having the oven. Now a year later the control board and replacement fans burnt out again and GE wants to charge us to repair their defective oven. Even if we do fix it again they will not guarantee that the control board and cooling fan will not burn out again. Avoid purchasing this product. It has design flaws that you will have to pay to fix.

Not Reliable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to replace keypad twice within days of owning it because the touch pad was loose. Now after owning for over a year (and conveniently being out of warranty), it continues to throw a F97 code and will not heat up. This is apparently a known and common issue that GE refuses to correct. I will not being purchasing a GE appliance again.
