The baking shelves do not pull out easily. I had to have a repairman come out and replace a part that had burned out when the oven was only several months old. If I had my time to go over, I would not purchase this oven.

I like how the vent for the heat comes out the bottom side. The timer gives you a one minute advance time before it is done.

I love the cut out on the racks because it makes it so easy to pull them out. It fits perfectly in the spot where my old oven fit.

The price was right and we didn’t really care about the WiFi feature. But man, it is excellent, turn the oven on while you’re at the store and it’s preheated by the time you’re home!

For some reason it’s not compatible w my hub which is why only 4 stars. But we’ve used the app to preheat the oven when we were getting in late. Nice feature.

Had it preheated for baked potatoes. Had water on my hand when I opened up the oven and the water dripped onto the glass and cracked it. Heard a pop and it started running. :(
