We actually bought two of these. My son's bedroom is 11 x 11 ft, and it works great. Our master bedroom is larger 18 x 14 with vaulted ceilings, so it takes a lot longer to cool the room, but once cooled, it is great. Seriously, you have to get one of these if your can't sleep at night because it is too hot. Also, in the long run, it may save wear-and-tear on your central air because you don't have to crank it as much at night.

It was able to cool my room quickly, it was easy to use and best part is no need to empty the water. I had a whole water pump hose set up on my last one and it was a mess. This one is described as advertised! Very happy with this product and i also didn't get it because I didn't think it was going to be great. So glad i was wrong. Great product!

Almost Perfect

I bought this because my central air was out and it has not disappointed. There are only two faults that I’m not a fan of. The first being the noise level. It’s not the worst but it’s still a loud sound, especially if you have it in a room you’re sleeping in. The second is the window attachment. The extra pieces to help attach to the window are not the same size as the main piece (that holds the hose) and I needed tape to fill in the gaps. Besides those two inconveniences, I really like this unit.
