I'd give this a 5 if the window kit was made better like the AC is. The unit itself works great, love how I can put away the remote or use it sitting on the couch. The output is great am actually shocked that It's keeping our living room, kitchen and office and partly in our closer bedroom cool. Plus the size is a good fit for our smaller home. It is loud even on low that is to be expected, I've not heard any silent AC in this price range. But the fail is in the window kit/ attachment. It's got one screw that doesn't even screw in, the attachment itself doesn't fit our window which is a large standard window as you can see in one photo it has gaps that release air in/out. For now stuffed paper towels in the gaps until hubby makes a custom one for our window along with a lock.

The air conditioner works perfectly. It was easy to install. It's pretty loud, but we don't need it all the time so it's an acceptable inconvenience. I gave a lower mark because it arrived with the packaging so bashed up and crunched and shredded it made us worried the product would be damaged. It wasn't, but if you saw the box you would have freaked out too. Someone must have dragged the unit across the earth because the bottom of the box was shredded away, exposing the wheels of the unit. The wheels themselves weren't messed up so we decided just to keep it. I guess all that styrofoam and cardboard did their job!

This portable ac is a lifesaver! My ac at home stopped working on the hottest dismays of the summer! But, this little air is small but, mighty! My room was kept ice cold and it’s small and takes no room! Def, recommend to anyone deciding to get this!

Love this portable air conditioner, it helps tremendously to keep my kitchen cool during hot days when I'm cooking or working, I bake. Very easy to use, and move from room to room and easily glides on the carpet.

Great size and cools room fairly quickly. Only “problem” I have is the remote doesn’t sync to the ac automatically so if you turn off the ac manually, the remote doesn’t register it and shows that it’s still on so if you use the remote to turn it back on, you have to press the power button on 3 times. Also love the fact that I don’t need to empty it. My last ac would produce a lot of water and it would leak all over the floor from all the humidity.
