So happy with this portable air conditioner. Didn't want to install a window unit, so I picked this up at BB store. Set up was simple. Once a week, I clean the air filters in the sink, easy to take off and snap back in place. It makes the 1 room comfortable or colder, according to the temperature I set.

Unit functions well. Required some cutting to get the window outlet to fit in the window. The slides overlapped the outlet.

Owned this AC unit for a little less than 2 years. Worked great the first year of use. Always cleaned the filter and made sure it was set up per the user manual. Summer 2025 comes around and I set it up just like I always do every summer but noticed it was not cooling as well as it used. Also noticed the condensation tray would get full of water and have to be emptied every other day (normally the tray takes over a month of use to fill up). I cleaned the filter once again and it was clean and free of dust, emptied the water tray etc but the problem persists to the point it doesn't cool at all and shuts off. I live in the PNW so we really only use it for 3 months out of the year (July, August, September) Pretty disappointed in GE for making such a poor product. $400+ down the drain and their warranty only covers it for 1 year so I'm out of luck. I recommend you look at LG/Samsung or other more reliable manufacturers. This unit saw less than 6 months of actual real world use before it stopped cooling all together.

Does its job. Cools room good enough but don’t expect subzero air coming out. Remote is nice and looks sleek

What a great product! I was impressed by how wonderful this air conditioner worked. Easy to install and will keep you cool on those warm days. We ordered this after the heatwave in Seattle and was pleasantly surprised and relieved at how great this worked to keep us cool. You won’t regret it.

I would say the unit is a little over priced for what you’re getting. It does it’s job, but it seems to struggle and is VERY loud. And it says it’s controllable through the app, but the sticker that you need to scan to connect it was missing from mine. I don’t know if it was just the one I got, but it’s worth mentioning.

Works really good, makes the room real cold but you can adjust the temperature
