This is HEAVY!! Loud but made of good quality. So far no issues. Would’ve been nice if they put some weather strips in the package as well, because your going to need it.

I live in an old building in New York. Small apartment. One bedroom with husband and one-year-old daughter. I keep this in the living room because it's where we are the majority of the time. It keeps all of us cool during the day and night. I remember opening the door, for delivery on a very hot day and the delivery man said it was cold in my place. Lol So we are very pleased. I'm thinking of getting one for the room. But for now, we're okay with the fan in there while the AC is running in the living room. Also! read instructions because you will need to drain and clean filters. Hope this review helps

It did cool my room, for the amount of space it took up I ended up just getting a window ac. Also there was a point it stopped cooling. Also window thingy never stayed.

Good if you are going to cool a small space, obviously works better in the evening when it is cooler. I bought it to cool down after my AC broke, it did its job but I had to stay in close proximity and the rest of the apartment was hot, I guess it was better than nothing.

Worked great, but week before the warranty expired the AC unit began to blow warm, apparently some sort of recall on this unit. Luckily I got them on the phone just in time to get a replacement

The sunroom can get hot and a traditional window air conditioner would not be easy with full slider glass doors. A 1x6 plywood board cut to fit from top to bottom was all I needed to allow air conditioning for the room. The hose mounting plate for windows was mounted flush to the board with a couple screws over the hole I cut for airflow. No more humidity and heat in the sunroom. (as with other ones I have purchased, one or two emptying of the water collection reservoir was needed before it would fully vent the condensation out the air hose for hands free operation)

Does definitely cools the immediate area around it, but not much else. Output hose runs so hot it heats the room faster than the unit can cool it.

This is great for a small sized room. Cools real quick and is easy to set up. The only downside is the hose might be a little too tight for the window cut.

This works great for the high temps, to keep the media room cool. Produces some noise but nothing bothersome. Highly recommend.

Pretty nice unit. Make sure to fasten the exhaust hose pretty well, if you don’t you’ll come home and your house is super hot.

I fell in love with this machine. I burn HOT year around. This was keeping my bedroom nice and chilly and it did it quickly as soon as I turned it on. Only problem is that its energy consumption is cray cray. I had to return it. I couldn't afford the extra $$$ it added to my electricity bill. If you don't mind the effect this machine has on your monthly utilities, it's a very capable chiller.

Haven't had it to long, but it has been doing a good job so far. Shipping was super fast and setup was simple. It is a little noisy but not bad.

You will have an airplane sound in your room if you buy this. I had 45days elite plus membership so waited prior to 45days now best buy is giving me hell to return. At this point I wasted my money. Complete garbage. For many years I had Elite Plus now Best buy telling me for my account it has changed which i was Completely unaware of.

Very good service and good product and the price was excellent and the store is very organized and clean the employees very helpful.

This is a great and efficient portable AC. I did plenty of research before purchasing it and is worth it. I highly recommend it.
