The window kit for this unit could be better. My windows are side to side so its harder to use. Im going to look for a new kit to lower the hook up point for the air exhaust. If that had been better it would have been 5 star's.

Easy to assemble and install in window. Wheels make it easy to move from one room to another. Moderately quiet and very efficient.

First AC unit to actually cool my room, don't like that it blows upwards but it makes sense for cooling, hose it way nicer, tho the thermostat is broken just like every other ac in the world cus it reads from the unit itself.

Super loud and noisy. Barely cooled down a 100 ft room. Broke down after 4 months. Stay away!

works well in cooling my bedroom, I like the swing feature that moves the cool air from side to side. Easy to install.

Does the job but it's a bit loud... Closer to 60db than 50 most of the time. The room I'm using it in is a little tall so it doesn't get it below 75 easily. When the compressor does turn off it can be 50db.

I have had I’d for the the summer and until now I have yet to drain anything from air conditioner.

Should have done more research. Returning because I'm not happy with the very limited features compared to other similar priced units. There is no auto fan speed mode just manual low/med/high. Also very basic remote.

Unit is quiet, has automatic vent swing so it cools more of the room. Digital temp screen is a plus. Also shows you the room temp when off. I recommend this ac.

BTU rating is a little misleading as there are a few different metrics this is measured by, but it does the function intended and I don't have to cool the rest of the house while my wife is in her home office.

Cools bedroom quickly. Easy to set up. The condensate evaporates as advertised. Very little to drain.

This item it’s working perfectly, it was replace for a second one but the one I have it’s working perfect.

Our house ac unit was acting up so we bought this one. Very good portable ac unit for our room. We were planing on getting the 250sqft unit but they were outta stock at our Best Buy and this unit was the last one. Glad we got this instead of going to a diff Best Buy. Very cold. The fan sound is, to us, ok. After awhile you’ll get use to it but if you can’t sleep with loud sounds/noises, I wouldn’t recommend. Otherwise, it’s works! :)

Product works as stated, keeps my 400 sq ft living area cool and isn’t too loud, was easy to install
