Unit is quiet, has automatic vent swing so it cools more of the room. Digital temp screen is a plus. Also shows you the room temp when off. I recommend this ac.

BTU rating is a little misleading as there are a few different metrics this is measured by, but it does the function intended and I don't have to cool the rest of the house while my wife is in her home office.

Unfortunately stopped working two months after using.

Our house ac unit was acting up so we bought this one. Very good portable ac unit for our room. We were planing on getting the 250sqft unit but they were outta stock at our Best Buy and this unit was the last one. Glad we got this instead of going to a diff Best Buy. Very cold. The fan sound is, to us, ok. After awhile you’ll get use to it but if you can’t sleep with loud sounds/noises, I wouldn’t recommend. Otherwise, it’s works! :)

Product works as stated, keeps my 400 sq ft living area cool and isn’t too loud, was easy to install

I love it! My hot bedroom has now been transformed to an attic oasis. Yes it is a bit noisy but you get used to it, the noise becomes mostly like white noise after about the first week. I have had it for going on 2 months now and I haven’t had to empty any water and I live in central Georgia where humidity is always high. The installation was a simple and easy but the only, thing was the screw. There was no hole to screw the window plate and the hose.

Love it powerful air and I like it because it’s wifi and I turn it on before I get home and my home is fresh

Set up was fairly easy but needed better explanation on the exhaust part of the air conditioner.

A bit noisy when turn on. Appreciate if it comes with hose for water. The window is not fit our large window, so we have to adjust it ourselves.

Machine works really well, cooled my upstairs down a lot. A little on the heavy side for carrying up the stars. Over all, the product is amazing

As I'm lying in my small bedroom listening to the loud roar of this air conditioner I realized I never wrote a review. While it does a passable job cooling my 15x15 bedroom if it's running constantly, it is extremely loud. The decibels stated in the description are comparable to a dishwasher. If your dishwasher makes this much noise there is something seriously wrong with it.

My son’s room is in the end of ourhouse. Aircon does not reach it. This portable one makes his room cold now during summer time.

Great item! Just what I needed to cool a area that the central air just couldn't keep as cool as it needed to be. Its quiet and efficient.

This is a great portable. The exhaust hose stays fairly cool and the connector to the AC stays on pretty well. The window connector you insert, then shift slightly so the extender tabs keep it locked in place. I write that because the old NewAir portable was a pain to work. The unit cools very well. It actually reaches further than advertised. Very happy with it. And Best Buy was very easy to work with as well.

It does what it’s supposed to do, however, it is loud. I guess this is to be expected. Had it for almost a year now. It’s still performing well.

This is my 3rd portable a/c unit and has the highest BTU rating of them all. It is quieter than my other portable a/c units yet pushes more cool air, so the low noise level is a plus! My only gripe is the window adapter plate is the worst of them all. It is strangely designed to where it leaves a sizable gap on my vertical sliding window, with the center metal bracket that doesn't allow the window to snug up to the plate. I had to use duct tape to cover the lengthy gap. My window is large so I was expecting to compensate for the height (it is greater than 48"), but not the gap along the sides, so that is my 1 star deduction.
