It was loud and made buzzing/vibrating noises. The "adjustable window kit" was junk and had to be taped to the window to stay in place. The huge exhaust hose gets very warm, and is a hassle to position the AC. Poorly designed and very cheaply made for a $400+ air conditioner. We're having central air installed instead. Sorry GE.

It never seems to get cool upstairs with central air. So when I saw this on the Best Buy deal of the day I went ahead and purchased it end it is exactly what I needed.
