Works well in a smaller room and keeps it at the set temperature. Able to direct the air so it does not blow directly at you.

Only have this a few days. Very happy so far!!!!!!!

Only got a couple of uses before unit stopped blowing cold air. Do not waste your money on this ac unless you want a big noisy fan.

I just bought this unit. And OMG it is soo loud on its nit even a sound you can tolerate . Sounds like machinery in your house. I am returning.

A bit noisy. Part for window doesn't fit well. Hard to get to stay in place.

GE used to make reliable products. Not any more! I paid $400 for this GE air conditioner on July 23, 2022. The manufacturer warranty was 1 year. It died 9 months after that. Junk. I called Best Buy's diagonistic/repair line and I made an appointment to bring it into them for a disgonistic. I bring it in and the Geek squad guy tells me they don't work on air conditioners. I told him that I was told by the person that I spoke with to make the appointment that they would do a diagnostic. Not so says Geek squad. Best Buy needs to get their act together, too.

Worked well for one season in New England. Was a warm day and installed, nothing but hot air coming out. Only a year old and maybe used a dozen times. Disappointed.

Upon opening the box i found vall bearings at the bottom not thinking much of it i plugged it in and turned it on and it sounded like chuwbaca with a stomach ache exchanged it for another of the same model same problem.

It is pretty good. Strong enough to cool my room. Very easy to install.

Good portable AC. Does its job as described. Enough to keep the room fresh but not super cold.

Used it one summer. Now, 1 year and 7 days after purchasing, it blows warm air. $400 for it to break after 6 months of use. (Not counting off season where AC isn’t needed here).

Exactly what I needed! Works great for medium to large rooms.

Tried this portable AC. Returned it to the store. It was loud and made buzzing/vibrating noises. The "adjustable window kit" was junk and had to be taped to the window to stay in place. The huge exhaust hose gets very warm, and is a hassle to position the AC. Poorly designed and very cheaply made for a $400+ air conditioner. We're having central air installed instead. Sorry GE.

good enough to keep our small Livingroom and kitchen under 75 degrees when it was 100 degrees outside

The compressor is ok but the electrical has a short and get E5 error message. Lasted 2 months - don’t buy this one, so upset. Not worth the money you spend.

I like this air conditioner because it includes dehumidifier.

Unit is very good however the hose has come out of the clamp ring in the back of the unit 3 times

After about 1 year of owning this ac, i can day that it has stopped cooling. Even on cool mode it feels like its just fanning. Wouldnt recimmend since its not the cheapest AC
