NOT actually 10,000 BTU’s

When we got back we went to set it up and realized this unit is NOT 10,000 BTU’s, witch is the whole reason we purchased it. It’s only 7,200 BTU’s. Very misleading. Not to mention the plastic door that controls the angle of the air came broken in the box. I’m past my return period so I doubt bestbuy will do anything.

Does have a small lack of cool air on hot days but still gets the job done. Biggest thing is make sure whatever room has the right amount of electric to power this and whatever else you have in the room.
