Unfortunately I didn’t get the extra warranty definitely do recommend getting it as GE only gives you 1 year and keep receipt

The plastic is slightly shorter than my window. And my window is not that big. That gives me the impression that they cut cost too much. Other than that I haven't found anything major yet. But overall it isn't the most solid appliance you would find. It is something on the economical side.

The window panel can be installed in a window with a minimum 20” to a maximum 46” opening. Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this AC last year I used it for two weeks with 3 to 4 hours every day and this year I used to for about a month and it was amazing and cooling the room so fast 4 days ago I started getting E4 code with means that there’s ice on the evaporator and needs to defrost yesterday my AC didn’t blow cold air at all it was and even it wasn’t that hot looks like there is leak literally wasted over 300$ for a very little use

One of the great features was the adjustable vent wing and the little space in the back of the unit to store the remote when not in use. I would highly recommend this unit for a small 12 x 12 room.

The only problem is that it doesn’t have an option for Fan ON/Auto. So when the AC attains its desired temperature it turns off until it gets 1 degree warmer and turns back on. Imagine being in a room without any air circulation. It may cause suffocation for some.
