Works great! Cools my small Living room and my home office. It’s a bit noisy but not too bad. Very easy to install.

I have a room 10x15ft. So it equals to 150 sq. ft. This air conditioner was only able to cool a room a couple of degrees, despite the fact that it has to cool rooms up to 350 square feet. In addition, I would like to note that this air conditioner is very noisy, even at minimum speed. So, I returned it and will try some other brand.

Pretty decent air con. Works great in a small room. Do wish it had a longer vent hose for windows that are set high.

Absolutely horrible. Not only does it not come with weather stripping for the window, but the window pieces are not remotely close to a one-size-fits-all even with the extenders. Finally after getting it installed, I turned it on, and the compressor sounded like a jackhammer. A friend was sleeping in another room and it was so loud it woke him up, through closed doors. Returned.

Keept turning of repeatedly. Tried to return it but the sore would not take in back. I had to sent it by mail. Dont bothered.

With a little bit of modification for the exhaust, it works perfect for my office area in my garage.

Bought this to replace a window unit that is about 15-18 years old and does not cool any more. It is quieter that the window unit. That is about the only good thing I can say about it. If it was in the time frame to be able to return it, I would. The unit creates so much heat that the heat overpowers the cooling capacity. I have it in a room that is 12x8 (yes 96 sq. ft. and it can't cool it), upstairs attic type room with 7 foot ceiling in the center, and hip walls. It not only does not cool the space down, with the heat emanating off the single hose, it creates more heat! I turned it off and the temperature went down. It is hot now, and it is only 64 degrees outside.

I bought this for my daughter and son in law as a house warming gift they love it

So far so good...I have only used it a couple of times, no complaints so far.

I'm going to get my first and biggest gripe out of the way first because it is very annoying and burdensome to me... that is the design of the window panel and vent. It does not fit well for the newer double pane window designs and only one screw is provided to attach the vent tube. You have to get creative when attaching the vent tube to the panel and pre drill the holes and get extra screws to make it sturdy enough to hold. Now when the panels are placed in the window, there is a gap on the slide out panel and if the window is just slightly out of the measurement specs for one panel, a second cannot be added because it will block the vent tube panel. Now all will work if you are somewhat of a diy person to make it fit snugly in the window. I was just hoping to have a snap and go setup but getting past that and the machine works wonders. Once all the setup and placement is done, the AC works wonders for what ever room you have it in. I use it primarily for the master bedroom to keep cooler while the rest of the house stays just a comfortable setting without working the central AC overtime. It is fairly quiet with a small footprint. The vent tube does not generate a ton of heat which is a plus in faster cooling but having an extra layer of insulating material over the tube will make it much better. The digital display makes it easy to read the modes and temp setting even though it took me a second to figure out the exact place to press the buttons as they are touch sensitive. There is an included remote but it is difficult to get the panel to read the remote inputs all the time. The AC blows cold and there is an oscillating vent that helps circulate the air up and down which is nice. It is very portable with the included wheels to make it easy to roll into different rooms if needed. The best part of this machine for me is the multi functional features such as fan, and dehumidifying modes. If you do not need the blast of cold air, you can easily select one of the three different modes and save a little more energy than using it only for AC cooling. I personally like the dehumidifying mode to lower the humidity in the room which in turn makes the room feel cooler. The overall design is very nice due to its small footprint, cooling feature designs, and easy cleaning of the filters. The only other negative or gripe that I have is that I wish it included a removable water tank to empty it when it fills from the condensation. You have turn off and unhook the entire machine to wheel it out to a drain spot or use a container that will fit and hold the water drained from the drain tube. Not a huge turn off with the draining issue, I just want all the bang for the buck for such a device. This is perfect for the one room in the house that is always warmer or wanting cooler, camping, or for the dreaded time of year when the central AC needs repair. This is literally a lifesaver for our southern heat!

Did not work well within the specified square footage room. Needs to be in a room much smaller.
