    Ill I have to say is if you want super clean clothes and if you dont want to spend a fortune purchase this machine. the only thing is its a little loud when it spins but nothing crazy. I purchased the Samsung for around $800 and it was a piece of junk and did not clean my clothes, I returned it for this machine. I was concerned with this having an agitator but it has been super gentle on my delicate clothes-super happy consumer.

    I was excited when I initially bought this washer & it worked great for the 1st 60 days. Then it went downhill pretty fast. This machine required 3 control panels. Luckily I had the agreement on it because I got a new washer within 8 months. I don't know if just mine was faulty or the whole line is worthless, but I wouldn't recommend this washer to anyone EVER!!!
