We love this washer and all the features. It is easy to use, has large capacity, can override water saver feature for larger loads.

Machines have really changed and I am not sure for the better. My 20 year old GE profile was a simple and quiet machine. The new ones are more complex, make all kinds of noises and have huge drums! Once I get used to my new one, it will be fine. Make sure it is leveled before the installers leave. The 2 men who delivered mine did a great job.

The washer works great! it is easy to use and gets clothes clean. There are options for a second rinse and spin and a soak option also.

This is an old school washer with the agitator in it. It replaced a front loader that had died! Washes much better than front loader ever did!

This washer is LOUD. Very annoying. Washes clothes well, they come out clean. I f I had the opportunity to HEAR it before purchase, I would have chosen a quieter machine. I am also unhappy with the locked lid, and the time it takes waiting to unlock once paused.

The washer is a little noisy, but it does a great job.

This washer works great, and has all the cleaning options I needed. When on the spin cycle, however, it spins kinda crazily and is quite loud. Never had an issue with it, though, in the 3.5 years I owned it before I sold the place. Was actually sad at leaving this washer/dryer combo behind.

What can I say but good things about my new dryer. The controls are easy to use and it drys my clothes to my satisfaction. Noise level is next to none. I have no complaints so far. High performance is what I need and this dryer gets it done.

I am happy with my purchase! The GE washer let's me pour the detergent in the basket while it fills (versus pouring the detergent on the clothes or in the dry basket). The audible tones are cute. The washer does a good job when you select the precise fill option. I also love that I can soak items for up to 2 hrs! The only downside is that the washer is loud... You hear every back and forth motion of the basket. My set is in a mudroom that has a door so it muffles the sound.

This is a good washer. Has everything you need. What we love the most is then”stick” in the middle to agite the clothes. This was the only one we could find that has it. The reason i’m giving it four stars is due to it being a loud washer. It’s in the garage for me but if you’re washer is located in doors, it’s loud.

I had to call my GE appliance service twice for 2 different incidences. First was after 5 months of owning washer. I noticed the washer shaking really hard during cycles some times. I was told it was due to unbalanced load of laundry. So I took advice and haven't had that issue again. No big deal. Second time was due to it stopping during a cycle and the circuit cut off. I was able to cut circuit back on and it drained water and started working just fine. GE worker told me it wasn't clear why it did it but suggested next time to check the outlet by plugging something else in to see if it works. It may be my apt electrical issue (new complex), or possibly the sensor that maybe wasn't reading lid shut. So he adjusted that in case. So far it has not happened again and it's been a month now. I have no complaints really. It works fine aside from those incidences. Which were just so random and odd to me since I've never dealt with them before. But then again this is my first time owning a washer and dryer. I do reccomend as far as value goes.

Washer has very large tub and lots of wash options. Favorite is extra spin for heavy loads

I love this washer! I hate lids that lock me out as soon as the machine starts so I was thrilled to find this machine - the lid doesn't lock until the spin cycle starts. I also like being able to adjust the water level to whatever I want it to be (for dying clothes, etc.), which this machine lets me do. Finally a machine that lets me wash my clothes my way!! No noisier that other machines I've had and it works great.

We bought a washer and dryer at your Melbourne store. We were impressed by your selection and competitive prices. They were delivered at the time promised, and they have been working well since. We also shopped at Loews and looked at the same products. Your price was comparable, and your salesman was extra helpful, so we bought from Best Buy.

This machine is very different from our previous GE machine,Ge should have kept it simple.You need to read the instructions over a few times to find out what's going on with this machine.Bottom line kiss(keep it simple stupid),things don't need to be complicated to wash clothes. It does a good job cleaning and spinning.

Does not spin well enough and requires the "extra spin" button to be pushed to get a good spin. Other than that it works great

Washing tub is huge and a big upgrade compared to my previous machine. Frustrated that I can't add clothes to the load once the water has started filling. Was aware of this limitation pre-purchase, but didn't realize what an actual inconvenience it has become. Machine much quieter than others had noted, but cycles do seem longer than usual.

I got this washer almost a year ago it is good quality for a while I thought it might be broken because it makes this weird sound. After reading reviews and YouTube videos I realised it was normal for this particular one. It fits my king comforter nicely and I can still add sheets. Good quality for a good price.
