I like all the cycle options, deep fill is cool. I wanted the agitator so this was also a plus. Is a little noisy and vibrates some. Needed a washer and this is an upgrade from what I had.

Easy to use and has lots of space for large loads; to include, large blankets. Love it!!

I find this washer is very quiet, it has a large capacity to fit a lot of clothes, is quiet and purchased it at a great price.

Bought this washer to replace a front load High Efficient. My experience with the front load and didn't like the way it cleaned the clothes, I needed one that would fill the water level when I had dirt build up on my jeans, one that had the options to let soak enough time to penetrate through the stain and mud. Since I bought this new washer I have cleaner garments and I am well pleased with my purchase (+) I have extended warranty just in case I need. Thank you Best Buy.

So far so good! Have had this new washer for about a month. The last washing machine I bought was a fancy, expensive, digital piece of garbage. I wanted a washer that was old school and I could dial in what I want instead of having to chose a programmed cycle that was never exactly what I wanted. I also wanted dials instead of buttons because the last washer I had had all the buttons and I had the washing machine serviced 3 times for the circuit board and the buttons never worked properly. This machine is a little bit loud but I do not care about that. I can add water, which is a feature that has been missing for a long time in the new machines that are environmental. Let's face it, water cleans clothes. I hope I do not have any problems with the washer because I can say it is the best washer I have ever purchased. Much better than all the fancy expensive ones.

It took us a little bit to get used to the auto water leveling feature, with all the stating/stopping and a little noise. But, to our knowledge it works as expected. The Dials are self explanatory, even though my wife tells me, not to touch them and to only hit the On/Off button. Maybe she doesn't trust my technical expertise?

Does a large load, quiet running. It is does a great job and is easy to program for the type of items being washed.

It has options that I was missing in my other (New) machine! I like the agitator, no more white goop on my clothes! And I can manage the water levels so it cleans far better, without residue, hallelujah, you can actually really rinse out the clothes.

Not oversized, but handles large loads. Easy to use.

A somewhat loud machine but works very well. Easy to program and is a major improvement over prior machine

We still are getting used to it. The lower water level still seems like it wouldn't do as good of a job, but I can't tell. We are used to the various different sounds. There was one load that must have become unbalanced, and the machine did not wring out all of the water, which was a hassle.
