This thing shakes violently and loud punching sounds when it is rinsing WOW! It MOVES as it washes!! We were so upset because we live in an apartment. Well it does clean very good and the solution for us was to get gym rubber mats and pile them underneath. This kept it in place and reduced the sound and movement a lot. Now we are ok but at first wow!

I am happy with this washer and it does a good job and senses how much water is needed. It is quiet and very efficient. I like that I can stop it if I forget to put something in after I start it, and just push the button to restart.

This washing machine cleans my clothes the best ever. It has a vast amount of settings for anything you want to wash. My clothes are cleaner than they’ve ever been. I would recommend this to all my friends and family.

My husband wanted the old school agitator washer and I liked the more modern styles. After much research we looked at several washers. This washer is not loud, gets clothes bendy clean and looks great in our laundetriom. We LOVE this washer!!

Washer works great and the big tub is good for comforters and towels. Would recommend to friends and family.

This is a great washing machine I could fill it with water add detergent and see how much water there is be for adding my clothes in.and my clothes wash great better then the sencer washers.

My new washer replaced Old Dependable which finally croaked after 14 years. It is super efficient and handles much bigger loads. It made me wish I had bought a similar sized dryer lol

Some of the samsung ones were nice. But ultimately went with this one because it has an agitator. And I just feel like that cleans a lot better.

I read numerous reviews before purchasing this washer. I wanted a top loader where I could manually set water level. This machine is awesome!! Replaced a 12 yr old Kenmore, would have purchased that again if available. Customer Service at Best Buy was excellent!!Delivered on time. Set up. Leveled machine. I've owned it a month. I done very small to very large loads - I am very happy!!

My front load washer broke after only 2 years of use. Not to mention it was a huge hassle moving the clothes to the dryer. I decided on a top loader for my new one and this one is AMAZING! Does huge loads of laundry and has plenty of options.

I bought one and love mine. Cloths are clean and bonus is quite running for me. It sings me a song and so far I think it beats whirlpool fancy model I had. Buy warranty no matter what due to new stuff electronic vs old day.

A washing machine that actually works and doesn't make my clothes stink like mold - what. Went to Best Buy and asked specifically for a low efficiency washing machine you know the ones that work correctly not these junk front loader.

I love how much cleaner our clothes are. I didn't realize it until we got this washing Machine. The cycles are awesome too, and are done much quicker than the old models, which this is also better on Electricity

Have only used it a few times since purchase but it seems to work very nicely on everything washed to date. HE is nice. Setup was very easy, and although there seems to be a lot of dials and settings it is still very easy to use.

This washer is BIG. I didn't want a cheap washer and I didn't want the most expensive front load washer. I use it a lot to wash blankets and bedding for my Mom who has health issues and this washer handles all of it!!!

Other reviews were good. Really appreciate the large capacity for washing comforters. But also the "precise fill" - which automatically determines fill level for each wash, small or large. The other options are numerous, thorough, clear. They take a lot of guesswork and fidgeting and timing out of any conceivable washing needs, from delicates to heavy-duty. I also really like the timed-soak options, and the spin options. Ecologically considerate (water usage). Makes washing simple and easy - and does an incredible job. Spins an amazing amount of water out of the clothes, minimizing dryer time. Not noisy at all, for me. (And I work on the phone, 35 feet away, with the washer visible from my desk.) Very happy with the price, delivery and installation. And the washer itself!

With the Tide Pods and the Unstoppables my clothes come out smelling fresh and clean. The washing machine spins out most of the water at the end so that you need less time in the dryer to dry your clothes.

Great washer and a great price! The only complaint we have is that it's a little noisy. overall value is just right!

Really cleans my clothes better than any other washer Ive had. You can also wash large loads without any complications. User friendly!!!

Outstanding washer, very simple to use and reliable product. Would greatly reccomend having Best Buy install too. They were amazing with setting everything up and explained each feature on the washer.
