Washer is simply a nice easy machine to use. Does not have a bunch of useless settings or cycles.

the washer is a great buy.i wish it was a little bigger. the clothes all come out really clean.

It has a wide variety of useful Soak/Wash/Rinse Options, plus Large Capacity Tub. Can be used both as a High Efficiency (automatically measured, but reduced, water levels to save water), or used as a conventional top-load washer (with User manually selecting deeper water levels). Gets clothes well cleaned/no odors. QUIETER (though not actually "Quiet") than my previous washers. Seems solidly built. Would absolutely Recommend for families, couples, or singles.

This washer is perfect for a large family and will handle up to full sized bedspreads and quilts. On wash cycle and one dry cycle, you are done. We haveca family of 5.

We needed a new washing machine but the space we have is very limited so we wanted something similar to what we had. This model is exactly what we needed and it didn't break the bank.

Do not purchase this washer if you like to use fabric softener. The dispenser is on top of the agitator and even if you use the deep rinse setting you'll still get fabric softener residue on the agitator and on your clothes. GE's solution- dilute your fabric softener with water 50/50.

I love this washer. They finally perfected the washing machine. I don't like front loaders and it seems like an agitatoror works well. The tub is so big it fits a king size comfertor!

We wash clothes a lot as I am a nurse and my partner is a truck driver. We are the parents of a dancer and a very active 7year old. This machine washes great and has so many different cycles

I love this washing machine. Large capacity and really does a great job. Even on my husbands very dingy work clothes. Fantastic product and large drum.

Large capacity tubs are great. Clothes wash and dry so fast. Maybe I am just use to my old set of GE's that last me almost 20yr. Hope these do the same

Received delivery of the washer which was dented. Pointed this out to the delivery person who noted it on the receipt but would not take it back at the time. Went to the store the next day in person with copy of receipt shoeing noted dent and was told that they needed a day to get the paper work in the system and would contact me for exchange--NEVER HEARD A WORD SINCE.

I love having a larger washer. It has the features needed for any load. It is pretty loud, but it works great!

...YOU'VE FOUND HIM!! Huge stainless steel tub that only fills halfway. First load - towels. Filled the tub with towels and selected deep fill. Turned the machine on after I closed the lid, and about 10 minutes later, I hear the sound like a spring being tightened and loosened, back and forth. After I few more minutes, my dogs were in the laundry room barking at it. I stopped the machine and when I looked in, all of the towels on top were bone dry. I thought I had overloaded it, hence the sound. I took towels out until I reached wet ones, which was about half the load. Turned it back on... Same noise. I had the delivery man's cell phone, and he had been very helpful. He said to call if I had any questions. I called immediately and asked him about this sound... He said that was how it was supposed to sound. I asked if people complain about it? He said all the time. 2 biggest complaints....noise and low water level because of HE. I have already scheduled return.

This washer can measure how much water your clothes need for washing. It plays music when it is changing cycles. Large capacity for a King size comforter. I am really happy with it.

I really like this washing machine, a lot! Easy to use and it cleans our clothes so well.

Very easy to operate, I enjoy all the different cycles, sheets and towels, my first washer to have a cycle just for jeans. A very large tub which is great for a large family.

This handles our largest loads but will get off balance with some of the bulky items. It tends to get itself back in balance without help.

I like this machine after a couple of cycles understood settings and operation of machine and options. I like the stainless drum and has large capacity. Also after reading multiple reviews on other washers 1)knew I didn't want just the auto fill option to determine size of load and with this washer have option to select load size or auto fill. 2) knew I wanted the ability to interrupt wash cycle and this washer has a pause feature that allows this.
