We thought this would be just what we were looking for to replace an old front loader but when they delivered it, it made so much noise and sounded like it was coming apart. The buzzing from the electronic drive motor was outrageous. After a day, we called and BB came and got it and refunded our money. The best part of the whole transaction was the staff at BB. They did the whole refund with no problems and in fact with a cheerful attitude. It certainly took away any apprehension I might have had about buying such a high dollar item from BB. Way to go BB!

Very good washer for our family of 3 so far. Nice and quiet for our 2nd floor apartment as well. Pretty basic and gets the job done. For some reason the lid seems very tall when open, I actually had to move a shelf up about 6 inches that worked fine with the last washer. Aside from that, it's great.

Washing machines aren't what they used to be... Built out of minimum plastic, full metal, and mechanical parts that last decades... This is one of the closest and few washing machines that even come close with the benefit of modern features unless you want to spend a hefty amount on a Speed Queen. I highly recommend this product and technicians or do it yourselfers will love it too. Running perfect, saves time, and money for the 8 months my family of 5 has used it.

It seems to get the clothes clean and it does not use a lot of water. It also spins almost all the water out, so drying takes very little time. It is not really good at washing off hair. I do animal rescue, so that is a problem for me.

i only buy GE appliances and there is a reason. This washer has exceeded my expectations. Buy with confidence.

The only washing machine I could find that lets you determine the size of the wash load and thus the amount of water. It also has an automatic "precise fill" option. As others have said - it is a bit noisy on the spin cycle but doesn't seem as bad as some claim. Bought this for my Mother as she hated her hi-e Maytag. Not enough water, inconsistent cleaning and long wash time. She's very happy with this GE and if she's happy, trust me it must be good.

Got this based on a friend's recommendation . So far so good. Hope it comes for long years.

Huge load capacity, quick; set it and forget it! Spins so great drying time is down to nothing. Love this machine

This is my first GE washer, so far so good. My clothes seem to be cleaner than with my old machine.

This washer is deep & holds more than the normal load. You can wash a comforter, blankets & rugs.

I had a front loader for 7 years and hated all 7. It died and we tried the new top loader Maytag with a larger drum and wave system. What a dud. Small load and a shirt in the middle was dry in the back after completing the whole wash and spin. That was it. We wanted a top loader with an agitator that gives more than a cup of water. This one delivers! You can adjust the water levels, rinses, and my clothes are finally clean. Thank you!

washer fills up to the top with a good load of clothes,just have to figue out ur washer dials

So far so good. We had some clothes back up being without a washer for a while. Now we are all up to speed.

I purchased this washer after my other GE washer ended his life prematurely because nobody would replace the bearings on it. They told me that they need to take this machine apart in order to replace this part. Bad design. So, I am not sure that this is going to be better.

I was not sure about all the electronics in the controls but my clothes have never been cleaner.

It is loud while it's washing. but otherwise, I like it because the wash tub fills to the top.

My clothes seem much cleaner than in the expensive ones. I like all the water you can get. Very happy.
