We have an appliance warranty that would replace the unit when it wouldn’t work any longer. But the 20 year old machine refused to die and my wife’s desire for a new unit continued to grow. We saw this unit and couldn’t resist the great deal.

Wonderful washer because it has an agitator.

This one is great and has what I am use to. The other was a gift and I didn't pick it out. It's one of those energy savers. I did not like one thing about it. I gave it to a family as theirs just broke down.

Don't Buy This Machine***
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this machine and the 1st day I got it, the machine was banging , rocking, and moved a couple inches during the spin cycle. Best Buy replaced it, and the second machine (same model) banged again, but did not move out of place. Then, the machine was spraying a mist of water underneath and in front of the machine, the water hoses were attached wrong so that the "cold" rinse was hot water on every wash. AND my machine was delivered with a big dent on the front. Called and went in to Best Buy, and exchanged for a completely different machine. Happy with the 3rd machine and happy that Best Buy did the honorable thing and cooperated with all the issues and returns.

Love the deep water wash feature
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even though the washer will occasionally go slightly off balance with large uneven loads, the fantastically clean clothes, easy dials, and the deep water feature for any type of load still earns it 5 stars. It's the best washer I've ever used in my opinion. I was sick and tired of my clothes not getting clean in my last "HE" washer.
