I read a lot of reviews and settled on this one. It is far quieter than the previous washer, and seems to complete loads in a reasonable amount of time.

Once installed I was surprised at how noisy the machine is. Called service tech who came out and said that the new top loaders are louder than the older top loaders from multiple brands. In hind sight, I might have just repaired my older washer. If you have to replace and want a top loader than this model is fine but just be aware it may be noisier than what you're used to.

I chose the GE product because of its brand reputation for quality and reliability. Although there are a ton of places you can purchase appliances I always prefer to purchase as much as I can from Best Buy. I really love the Customer service Best Buy provides to its customers.

But it cleans beautifully and spins dry it has a funky sound during the wash but overall I'm happy with my GE washer
