Great washer for the price . Got for so that was just starting out on his own

I love it! Looking for a good and affordable washer and this washer is great! I'm giving it 4 stars because if you forget to put detergent the door locks and it takes a while to unlock.

The machine was delivered. The person who delivered this product told me to run a wash cycle to clean out the machine. Luckily I followed his instructions. I stayed with the machine the whole time. When the machine drained all of water to go into spin mode, it got stuck and would not stop pumping water out to go into spin mode. I tried a 2nd time and it did the same thing. The drain pump kept pumping after all the water was drained and would not go into spin. I called Best Buy and they told me no could come for another week to look at and fix. I told best buy that The Unit is defective and I will not accept it. I also told them to upgrade me for free on another model.I had to wait another week on delivery of another washer and cancel vacation plans I had in order to get the 2nd machine delivered. All in all,a very bad experience for me and a big WASTE of my valuable and very limited free time.

It's a good machine. Gets clothes clean with several different wash options. The initial wash is quiet. However, during the spin cycle the unit shakes violently. No other issues.

This was a replacement for an older model that conveyed with an older house. It took some time to get used to setting up the different cycles, the wash cycle is pretty quiet compared to our previous machine, clothes coming out clean that's what really matters.

I was looking for a quality washer with an agitator. This washer does the job nicely. Cycles are intuitive. Water fills to the perfect amount. Would definitely recommend,

The washer works great. I especially like the automatic load sizing feature. And despite reviews to the contrary, we found this product quiet. The only problem was Best Buy's delivery and install operation was a mess.

Works as expected. The precision fill seems a bit awkward, but set the load size manually and it isn't an issue...

Finding that clothes only come out cleaned properly if you add more water than suggested and rinse/spin 2x. Otherwise, clothes just don't smell as clean as I'd like.

bought this & had delivered 1/21. Already having to have GE come out & repair. Lid on washer locked shut & won't work now...disappointing to say the least

Well this machine has an agitator, but no place to add liquid softener? uses less water, and much bigger so like that. Overall I really like this machine.

so far I really like my new GE washer. It is very simple to use and has a precise fillbutton so you don't over use water. it is very fast and cleans clothes quite well. also the price was a price match so I saved monry on its purchase. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase

Too "jumpy." Especially during rinse cycle it moves too much. Technicians leveled it and said all was well. It is not. I fear so much movement will tear it apart soon

Got a great deal on their 4th of July sale and saved additional $50/60 through their price match garuentee. I like how the lid locks into place during wash.

Seems like a great washer. More gentle on the clothes than my old one, judging by the lesser amounts of lint in the lint catcher. Only drawback was having to get creative to adapt the drain hose to my laundry tub. The included hose is designed for a wall pipe set-up.

Works great. Has multiple settings for wash load size and cycles, etc. Only thing is i wish you could open the lid at any time. Personally i like to add detergent when the washer is full; lid latches so can't do that with this model.

The washer didn't work right. We sent it back after trying to do 1 load of wash. It wouldn't ring water out of my clothes. The washer was banging around like crazy. Yes, it was leveled out, not over loaded, door would lock n unlock during cycle times. I was really liking this machine, until I tried it. It did how ever, wash nice, if u could handle it banging all over the place and was hard to get all the water out of clothes, good luck, may you will have better luck....

The washing machine is noisy and it actually moves when working

THIS MACHINE HAS AN AGITATOR , GETS CLOTHES CLEANER THAN THE OTHER "HE" MACHINES, SOMETIMES NOISY DEPENDS ON LOAD. HAPPY SO FAR, SO GOOD!

Our washer broke down just before moving and we purchased this washer and for weeks now has worked perfectly. I hope they simplistic knobs and timers will be less things to go wrong. I hope years from I can type about my happiness with this product. We'll see.
