love the machine but after 1.5years the clothes where coming out of the machine very wet.Have an extended warranty but have been waiting since 6/16/20 for my repair and parts.The Warranty company is awful .Will never by another appliance from Best Buy again because of the warranty company they use.

Delivery and installation and haul away was great. Wife likes to soak clothes and the Deep Fill option provides the extra water that most of the new efficient models don't do. Only had for a few weeks but so far, so good.

Washer is too loud and does not completely covered up clothes with water.

so far i love this washer it has exceeded my expectations it seems to be perfect for me. it also is very fast and has a precise water fill that is great. i would recommend it to anyone who asked also the price was very good as i got a price match on it.

It is nice... a little louder than I would like... I do like the sound when it starts and stops..

For a washer with no bells or whistles this washer does a great job of getting clothes cleaned. Better than my front loader did.

Run past, don't even stop to look at this junk. I've bought 3 or 4 washers over the years and this is by far the worst. It won't fill with nearly enough water to wash. The gimmicky "deep fill" extra water button does nothing. We have to do two wash cycles just to get the soap thoroughly rinsed out. Spin cycle is very loud. We had this piece of junk a week and returned it to buy a Speed Queen from another store. This GE was like a cheap toy.

This dryer works very well. The lint trap is great and easy to clean inbetween uses. The settings are easy to use. The timer though is VERY loud but can be controlled. The clothes are less wrinkled than last dryer!

Like the ability to change water levels. Wish it had a dunce only cycle. Overall very satisfied.

This washer is a great deal for the price. It doesn't take long for the clothes to wash and the washer has a number of convenient features like auto soak, an extra spin cycle, deep rinse, speed wash, and a jeans wash option.

Has all the settings one could want. The only issue I have had was several times the machine did not spin all the water out.

We were looking for a top loading washer with an agitator of a specific size. The ratings were good, the deal was right, so we made the purchase. Delivery, setup, and hauling our old machine went flawlessly. The machine works flawlessly.

I like having an agitator and the stainless tub. There are so many options on this washer I can't figure out how to "deep fill" the tub for really large loads or bulky items like dog pillows. I love this washer and recommend it to anyone

This is an HE washer; however it offers the best of the old & new styles: WATER: YOU control the water level by selecting the proper load size. Once the machine is filled you can press the Deep Fill button for more water if necessary. I have found that I get the water I need by selecting the proper load size AND pressing the Deep Fill button once. Press the Deep Fill twice to fill to maximum level. PRECISE FILL: Using this setting allows the washer to act as all the other High Efficiency machines, which means hardly any water. I don't use this setting. Remember also, this machine is probably much larger than your old machine, and the tub is very deep. So don't expect water to be near the top like before. As long as the clothes are covered in water and sloshing around, they will get clean, just like before. NOISE: OK let's discuss the elephant in the room. Is this machine very noisy? NO! Does it make noise? YES! The noises it makes are different than those made by my old machine, but they aren't louder. Once you get used to the different sounds, it really isn't any different than before. MACHINE SHAKE: the newer machines spin much faster than the old ones, so yes, they shimmy a little bit. My machine does NOT move, just vibrates more than the older models. AND the faster spin cycle means your clothes are much dryer and drying time is shorter. WATER FILLING AGAIN AFTER OPENING THE MACHINE MID-CYCLE: If you open the machine while it is washing, it will add a little water when you close the lid. Not a lot of water, not even a glass-full. I am very pleased with this GE washer. It does everything I look for in a well-equipped washer.

I had a Samsung front load washer. It did not get my clothes clean. I researched new top load washers and chose this one. I love it. It gets my clothes clean. I can make it fill up with water. My kids' clothing smells good again.

this washer has paid for itself already! I have a large family of 14 (17 when my granddaughter and her baby and fiancé come to visit). So we use the washer everyday. I love it and would recommend it to everyone.

Good for smaller spaces. Variety of settings. Love the precise fill that takes the guesswork out of what size load to set.

It does a good job washing but does not handle large loads that our previous washer handled without issue. I also greatly dislike the auto locking mechanism on the machine lid, I like to open the top without all the hassle with the pause button etc.
