    Although this product has a defect on the body when I took it off the box, it has been working good. However, I saw some fresh drops of fabric softener in the washer after I finished washing clothes the other day. I didnt understand shi that should happen because I was sure to put the required quantity in the machine.

    it's too big for me and take too long to wash but the clothes still not clean. spin cycle take too long and make my cloth all wrinkle. i like my old one better. same from GE but has more my own choice.. i used for 12 years still good, if it's hose not liking, i won't buy a new one.

    It has been many years since having a new washer. This washer makes weird noises when going through the wash cycle. It does tend to get unbalanced more often then what I am used to. Hopefully its just me getting used to the different settings.

    machine is very basic, but what is more upsetting is that the machine is all mashed and i suppose to get a exchange and no body has come to exchange the damaged machine. REALLY BAD SERVICE

    This washer spins out a lot more water than our old washing machines which really reduces the time in the dryer.
