Worse then our old one!

It is too complicated to operate, noisy, jumps around and does not get clothes as clean as the old one. Our son in Ohio bought the same one and wants to throw it out in the yard! Pure junk, wish I had not bought it!

I'm hoping that one of the tub stabilizer straps didn't come off in shipping or was not put on at the factory! More use will tell the story.

I did not read reviews because I had already had problems with one delivery of another brand. Best Buy is very unreliable. the space I have to accommodate a washing machine is limited. Therefore, I bought a machine that would fit the space. I regret not having read reviews.
