DO NOT PURCHASE GE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this washing machine in August 2018 and the tank is rusting. The Geek Squad after so many visits was able to remove the old tank to replace it. Nevertheless, the technician hinted to me that this was going to happen again. I contacted GE and they informed me that this was a cosmetic problem. I definitely do not recommend this product.

Broken 7 days out of warranty!

The washer will not empty the water. This washer has hardly been used because we bought it for our weekend summer home and probably hasn’t been used 15 times since installed. We are very disappointed with this product!

Called GE on 6/8 as of 6/21. Still not fixed. Still waiting for a part. Waste of my Money. So frustrated.

Worst Washer

I’ve had for 3 years my warranty is up and no matter how small the load is it won’t spin and will take in water again. 2hrs to wash one load of laundry.

Don’t buy

Tried unplugging and plugging back in to reset and nothing. No lights or anything will come on now. Beyond frustrated.

Last GE appliance I will ever buy

The washer is only 5 years old. My old one, not a GE, was 15 years old when it started dripping. This washer is the last GE appliance I will ever buy.

Not worth it

Now it's fried again. Also does NOT get clothes clean. Too little water - even with deep water choice. Often have to re-wash - even when using small loads.
