This was her is awesome. Simple to operate and has some good settings on it. I love they still make washers with real agitators. Cleans the clothes very well.

It cleans the clothes very good, I need to learn the best way to wash permanent press clothes,. I am very pleased with my GE washer

We needed a new high capacity washer and this one met our requirements. It does a nice job, but occasionally needs to be restarted when it fills with water and empties immediately.

I gave it a 4 only because I do not like "lid locks". But, I love the fact of having the good old fashion "agitator". I went back to this from a Cabrio.

I read a lot of reviews before deciding onGE - 4.2 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Top-Loading Washer - White. The store personnel and the two men who installed the washer were professional. The installers had a problem with the hot water coming into the machine so they were on the phone with someone until they got it right. They were persistent and wouldn't leave until the machine was properly running. I've done several loads of wash and am very happy with my decision. The lock button does turn on/off so I have no issue with previous comments about the tub being locked. I still have not found if I can start a wash mid cycle or if I must start a wash from the beginning cycle but no matter. So far so good! Fingers crossed.

So far so good. Wanted a top loader with agitator. No leaks and seems to handle a unbalanced load ok. Kinda noisy, but not bad if in a laundry room.

Got this to replace our 10 year old GE washer that had gone kaput. Have had it for 3 months and so far, it's performing as expected. It's got a pretty big and deep clothes drum. Clothes come out clean.

Am I really happy with the washer so far - the clothes come out clean and the washer is easy to use The comments that I read before the purchase about a noisy washer is negligible- I also like that I can open the lid to see the water level initially to get a feel for the right settings

The washing machine is great. Takes some getting use to though. You only need to use a small amount of detergent for a load. It’s a little noisy but overall it’s good.

I love my new washing machine. 1small peeve do not put too much fabric softener you will have to rinse again. It's safe with young children because it locks so you don't have to worry about leaving a little person unattended with your machine

After wonderful assistance by BestBuy, I purchased this GE washer this month. The washer is easy to use , cleans clothes well and wrings the clothes out so minimal drying time needed. The washer is reasonably priced and I look forward to using for years to come!

Bought this to replace a 10+ year old GE washer. We like the larger capacity and ease of use. Sometimes shirts come out twisted, but no issues as long as you give them a little shake to un-twist them before putting them in the dryer. Clothes smell so much better after washing now!

a mostly quite washer and holds a lot of clothes washes fairly fast and not to expensive...

WOW! Our old washer was a front load and was about 10 years old. What a difference this one is in terms of performance and ease. Love going back to a top load. The capacity is amazing and we love the precise fill function on the water. Really a great washer.

I purchased this particular washer for size and its ability to wash cloth diapers. I also work in the construction industry and it handles my dirty clothes with no problems.

Very pleased with the washer and its 14 washing settings. The heavy-duty agitator does a fantastic job getting the dirt and smell out of our workout clothes. And the towels and sheets also get a good workout with this washer. Deep bowl for large loads of towels and sheets.

More room than our previous one so I like having space for a comfortor. Our laundry is off the kitchen and it is a little loud. Computer boards in appliances are not my favorite.

I really like the washer, uses less soap and water. Love the 14 cycles. I prefer using deep fill. When I don't use deep fill I didn't feel like enough water was getting on my clothing and didn't seem to come out as clean. So deep fill takes care of that problem
