Other than the noise it makes when washing (which I knew about since I read other reviews before I bought it) it’s a decent washer. Washes my clothes better than the new Samsung that literally quit working after only two years and it did not wash my clothes well. This is a good old school washer with agitator. So far it has not destroyed my clothing.

Bought this washer bundled with the electric dryer. It has a huge capacity (easily fits a comforter and several other blankets), a decent amount of basic wash settings (we didn’t want TOO many), and gets through a cycle in 30-40 min! A little loud at parts of the wash cycle, but totally fine when we close the laundry room door :) Lights at top show what stage of washing it’s at...I only wish there was a light showing it’s “Complete”! (All lights just turn off when it’s done, so sometimes I forget..)

I wanted a top loading washing machine with minimal "bells and whistles" but provided an excellent washing for my clothes. Been using this washing machine for the past month, and I love it. This GE machine has just the right amount of cleaning options without overwhelming the user. Easy to understand options and a washer providing clean clothes every time...a perfect combination.

Very good wash machine for the price. Holds blakets and anything heavy! When washing very fast and quiet! Very easy to use!

Our old washer gave out... we want one that can fit king size blankets but still have the agitator. This washer runs good and are clothes are washed well...

I like the space inside my GE washing machine. I can now wash my son's twin comforter with ease. However, I cannot get used to the lid lock mechanism. I do not LIKE IT AT ALL! I realize there is a small center cup explicitly made for the fabric softener...I just have a personal preference to add my softener myself during the rinse cycle. I have hit the pause button to unlock the lid so I can add my fabric softener, however, it will not release the lock. I waited a couple of minutes for it to release and it never did. After reading a little more about the purpose of the lid lock I understand it's for child safety. I would just like the option to add my fabric softener when I like to, as well as, have the option to turn the lid lock option on or off. Next time I may need to spend more money to get everything I want from a washing machine. Other than my personal issue with the lid lock, it’s a nice washing machine so far.

Washer is simple to operate and washes very well. Has lots of room to move clothes around to wash. Big enough to wash comforter.

I wanted to have a GE washer with an agitator, I wasn’t sure of the size I needed, and I was shopping online...so I chose this particular model. Once I received my washer @ looked inside I realized the barrel was huge!! I no longer had to separate large loads into two, this washer can handle the full load. I’m very happy with my washer and hope to have it for years to come.

Bought for my mom and she loves it. It's kinda small which fits nicely but you can fit a huge amount of clothes in especially quilts and/or comforters. It's not actually loud but is not silent neither. Which she prefers cause she knows when it's done filling, washing, draining etc ... Delivery was on point and the delivery man was kind and helpful.

I replaced my Bravo brand washer (made by Maytag) with this machine. I am enjoying. It isn't and HE washer (you can us HE detergent) but I like the non HE aspect. HE washers are suppose to save energy. My past washer (HE) it used less water and my clothes didn't seem as clean. 4 Star rating because of noise. It's a little noisy but it's not a bother. My laundry room is on the opposite end of the house and I close the door.

I wanted a basic machine and this fits my needs. Simple to use and you can control the amount of water to do the wash manually or automatically; I always chose manually. Machine is located in my garage, so machine noise is not an issue. I particularly like the fast spins that clothes, towels, blankets are almost dry therefore needs less drying. Clothes comes out clean too. Basket is huge and can accommodate blankets, bath rugs so far. Although a basic model, I do suggest going over the operating manual to fully understand how the machine operates and what each setting will do.

This washer was replacing a much more expensive top loader without the agitator! I had a terrible time with balancing it and it ultimately croaked prematurely! I chose this one because of the agitator and could not be more pleased! The clothes come out nice and clean and I’ve had no issues! It’s a nice capacity and isn’t too loud!

Ft. 11-Cycle Top-Loading Washer, Not only is it small but efficient and the barrel inside is deep enough to wash all my heavier loads, but there is also so much room now in my laundry room. But what also impressed me was the Professionalism at Best Buy with their Manager who helped me find the one on-line with the same one in their store, but from paying for it, and setting up a time for the Geek Squad to come install it too. I was also impressed with Mathew & his co-worker who came to install my washing machine, but how patient he was with his teammate, telling him every step to take, from alerting me that they would have e to move my dryer to install the new washing machine , and then moving the dryer back and telling me about the welcome packet that came with the new washing machine,

This washer has a large load capacity for a relatively small and unobtrusive machine. It is fast, energy-efficient and cleans beautifully.

I'm writing this review to calm anyone's fears about purchasing this unit based on some of the bad reviews you may have seen on here or on Youtube. They mostly complain about it being very noisy and sounding very strange as well as vibrating too much etc. Well, I've had my unit for a few weeks now and I must say I am very happy with it. I bought this unit because I wanted one that was simple, old school, and washed my clothes quickly and cleanly. It does all of this. Does it sound different then my old Sears Kenmore? Yes. Does it sound like something I should be worried about? NO. It sounds like a washer. What I didn't want was one of those impellers or one that took forever to wash a load. This one will do a quick wash in 23 minutes. As for other times, a light load will be about 30 minutes, medium load 45ish and large maybe 50 or more. This washer is much larger than my previous one so what was a large load for me is now a medium load. Times depend on water level. I haven't tried the precision fill and probably never will. The water level I choose covers my loads just as they should. Overall, I'm completely happy with this washer. Now the installers are another story. While they installed the washer just fine the fact that they didn't even bring a leveler with them was not what I expect from best buy installation. I asked is it level? He looked at it and said yes, its level. I mean c'mon. Not very professional. After they left, I went and got my own leveler and had to make some minor adjustments to level it. I also noticed a few days after they left that it had a small dent in it. It's in the garage and you can really only see it when the garage door is open. Still, it's a dent and I should be compensated. BB only offered me $30 which I thought was ridiculously low. Then they offered $50 which because I loved the product so much said yes to be done with it. Still, a little sour at buying a dented unit for only $50 cheaper when their open box items sell for $429.

Machine is very noisy when agitating. I had the service come out to look at it and said it was operating normally. Other than that, I'm happy with ease of function and size.

I really like this washing machine. It does an amazing job cleaning and getting out soap residue.
