They came when requested and your staff put them together so quickly . They were efficient, polite gentleman. I wish I knew their names because I would really like them to get recognition. Very happy with the product. Thank you.

The water level can be manually selected for levels between low to max or the Precise Fill feature can be chosen to sense the size of the load and fill accordingly. Seriously, 1 year and 3 months which means I will have to pay to have a new washer serviced. I am not happy!

I think this is a good value. Its a regular size tub and has a good selection to choose from for loads of wash.

I spend one day on the phone try to contact someone to help me out, I was hung up on 32 times, transfer more then 28 time and at the end of an 9 hour day one the phone. Nothing was accomplished. I've never been so disgusted in my life with one company and the way I was treated.

Also dryer duct was too long and squished between back of dryer and wall(I had explained to salesman what a short connection was involved. So another visit required. Also called Best Buy about the problems, but got global Best Buy-long hold and we’re no help, so had to drive to the store to actually talk to someone!

Customer service was fantastic and quickly ordered a new unit. New unit was installed the following weekend. So far so good.

Really big for the amount of water it holds, Large isn't even half full. Can't interrupt and clear settings, that I have figured out yet. I just unplug it for a while. Spin cycle really twists clothes so be careful if it's delicate or something that will stretch and get out of shape. Next time I will pay more for a better one.

Posted .Hello- We appreciate your review and your purchase. This is a great washer! If you notice a build up of film, please try using Tide Washing Machine Cleaner. ~Set the washer to fill with hot water and select the longest wash cycle.
Add a 3/4 cup of a water softening additive which can usually be found in the laundry detergent aisle in most stores (baking soda or vinegar can be substituted).
Allow the washer to complete an entire wash and rinse cycle.
