Very poor quality and very poor support. I would never consider a GE product again. Still no support, Guess I'll have to buy a back up washer as I wait for GE to get their act together and repair this.

GE site would not allow me to schedule service on their website, as the manual states, and they don't answer the phones on the weekends. Poor product and GE is nowhere to be found.

There is nothing about it that I don't like. Washes very well using only a small amount of detergent which saves on that cost. I'm so glad I purchased it.

It washes my clothes so much better and so much faster than my old (more expensive) washing machine. Definitely recommend.

This was super affordable yet quite efficient. Water level matches load level. Noise is easy to deal with if you close the laundry door.

This was communicated to me when I purchased the item. Apparently I needed a special part and wasn't told about it by the salesman. I had to hire a plumber to install my new washer which I think is wrong.
