Noisy washer

I called the Geek squard who determined that this machine is just very loud because of the way the belt functions. I exchanged it for another brand.

Load gets out of balance every wash. Have to stop and even out the load every wash. They are supposed to send nme one that works next week.

Washer won’t work

I washed one load a day or so later that seemed to do just fine. My 2nd load the next day would not spin out completely. When putting it on the drain & spin cycle, it did 2 spurts of water and then drained a little out, but left the load still soaked. I ended up wringing the load out by hand and taking it to the laundry mat to complete. The next morning, after my husband checked everything out, making sure it’s level and the hoses all looked good,I tried to wash again and it wouldn’t even fill.I’m at a loss as this has never happened with prior washer purchases. My husband was going to call GE on Monday. At this point, I’m thinking that returning it may be the way to go.

Some problems with this washer

The spin cycle didn’t get much water out of the clothes. A new machine was delivered a week later, and it works much better. But the only way I can get enough water to do an average load is if I put it on precise fill.

It was a headache just to purchase

Made me go through leaps and bounds for a washer I was supposed to have a warranty on and ended up buying this washer to spending more money. Just so my family could wash clothes and not be in a laundromat during a pandemic.
