Luckily, I read all the fine print before buying anything. Best Buy has a no-questions-asked 15-day return policy that they honored for this and the dryer, which worked but did not shut off no matter what settings were used. Thank you, Best Buy, for picking up this disappointing washer and giving me a full refund. Your return policy makes me choose you over others for my purchases.

When we tried to use it for the first time it makes this awful noise, no agitation. we called best buy they said that we can't return it after 2 weeks, sucks Don't buy it. I paid $650 for a price of junk.
