We’ve had this washer for a few years and it’s withstood its share of washings. Up until recently it’s been working perfect. We are reaching 5 years and time to get it serviced. Would recommend

Have had it for 3 years. Does good job of getting clothes clean.

I bought this washer years ago when I originally moved into my place. I went with the cheapest option that was new and something that I felt would last for at least a while. Luckily it's lasted even longer than I had hoped and hasn't even shown any signs of slowing down. The number of options are simple and convenient and the wash times are decent for the loads that it takes. And that's coming from a household of 4 adults who do a lot of laundry. If I needed to do it all over again in my next place I would go for the exact same one.

I love it the wash come out clean and fresh I love the rinse cycle also since I have used it our skin is not itching it rinsing all the additives out the bleach and soap

Worked well for 3 years, no issues. But a couple weeks ago it started squealing and not emptying water all the way and not spinning the water out enough to be put in the dryer.

bought it for my dad, he wanted something simple and easy like his old washer. he loves it ,i was going for a high end not too pricey but he said he don’t want that new Garbage lol

Used for the first time yesterday. Cleaned the clothes, which is the main thing, but not sure I like it. Concerned about the sound it makes through-out, and the “go-then-pause” effect while on wash cycle. From my research, afterwards, this seems to be normal :/. I’m still learning the washer...definitely a far different experience (lid locks during spin cycle, among a few more quirks) from my previous washer(s).

So far, so good. I previously had a Samsung (never again) smart washer. Yes, it had all the bells & whistles but it didn’t last five years. Was looking for Whirlpool but GE was my runner up & it’s getting the job done.

It's been working pretty well it's just weird getting use to the new souls the new machines make.

The washer that was purchased for my daughter was a great buy. She says it runs smooth and you can hardly here it running compared to the other washer.

I bought the matching GE washer dryer that was the least expensive. They work just fine. My only complaint is the the washer well is very deep and I’m short. It’s a little hard to reach clothes on the bottom. My main reason for leaving a review, is Best Buy customer service. It is outstanding and without question the best out there. They took my first choice back with no problem. It was a Maytag set. The sensor wouldn’t work to start it, they took it back twice without an argument. I will always buy appliances from them.

Close to older washers, but this one is done after three years. It was just repaired on the 9th of February, 2023 and previously in November. I just made an appointment for the third repair in the las three months. It doesn't wash, spin and will only drain overfilled water occasionally. Good thing I purchased the 5 year extended warranty.

This is a basic washer with multiple settings on the knob and no way to stop in between cycles. There is no way to soak clothes without draining the washer either. The washer is very loud, but it doesn't really bother me at all, at least I know that it is running. The capacity is big, but the water levels do not meet the capacity even by half way. This is the most disappointing feature. It has an agitator which I like, but after a little under 2 years, I believe the washer is not functioning properly and clothes are not coming out clean. I am submitting to geek squad as it is still under warranty. I personally would pay more for a better quality washer that actually puts in more water.

This machine looks great, and the clothes comes out clean. But the machine is just to loud. I have never heard a washer that makes so much noise. Other wise it's ok.

Washes clothes in a short amount of time, rinses thoroughly and spins dry effiently. 4 stars because the wash cycle is kind of noisy.

Ive had this since 2020 and it still works like new!

Very satisfied so far Does a good job and is quiet operating

Great machine and very easy to use. Was recommended by our plumber who has an older version for over 12 years! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Pretty quiet while in use and during spin cycle, even when filled with heavy quilts and blankets.

I bough this set in 2020 and still working not trouble at all.

Its really gets the job done ✅ and gets the cloths really clean love this machine!!!!
