Had for 4 yrs bought a three yr warranty and outer plastic bowl cracked. I had a washing machine before this that lasted 15?? They make plastic junk knowing and expecting you to hsve to pay to het fixed.

Bought it in 2019 it stopped working in November of 2023 it washes fine but I would definitely to the extended warranty of 5 yrs because now I have to buy a new one quality is junk wish it would’ve lasted. Symptoms it does not wash, sometimes it would work if we unplug it for a while then it would start to dispense water and wash. However sometimes it it stop at the washing state and would have to unplug and run the drain a spin after it stopped doing anything. We are trying a different brand now.

My husband bought this machine. It is way way too loud. Ridiculously loud. Maybe the people that write good reviews have the machine in their basement and they load and leave. I have it in my kitchen. 10 times louder than the very old one I replaced. Impossible to talk while it is working. So disappointed. I will have to return it.

We have had this washer for less than two years. While it initially performed well, it is now already failing. Loads get out of balance far too easily, and it now appears we may have an electronics problem that could cost hundreds of dollars to replace. All new washers appear to be finicky nowadays, but I would not recommend this one at all. Very disappointed. I guess it could be good for Best Buy and GE, and that the poor quality these products to drive more people to buy extended warranties. Overall, stay away from this one if you looking for long-term reliable washing machine.

At first, this washer worked fine but it now "walks" while it's spinning. I've had a repair person look at it and he said there are also other things going on that in the end, fixing them will cost me as much as buying a new washing machine . I've only had this one for 3 1/2 years and I expected way better quality and longevity from GE. Very disappointing!

I would not buy this again. Too many times I load the washer, push the start button, the machine runs. Then I go back 10 minutes later to check on it and all lights are black (machine not running) and I push the start button again and all the water drains out and I have to start all over again refilling the machine. This happens OFTEN

I had been using the washer for only a couple weeks when I already had to start spinning out the loads a 2nd time because they weren't spinning out all the way during the normal wash cycle. This continues to be an issue no matter the load size. Gets the laundry clean though, so that's a plus

Very very loud . We live in a condo and this thing is so loud we can't hear the tv . would not buy again.

3 years and the washer broke. Tired of buying appliances from best buy and having them break just after warranty expires.

Exactly what I expected. Works well. Simple and dependable.

This machine is so incredibly loud. I can shut the door to my laundry room and exterior door and still hear it from the backyard! I called the company the service man said, “ you’ll get used to it”. The literal worst. Do not recommend, esp if you have young children who nap.

This washer lasted 2 years with just normal use. Appliances used to last 20 + years. It is very odd that they no longer do, is this on purpose? We should not have to buy any extra warranties etc, we should feel that the product should work for a reasonable amount of time. Shame on GE and Best Buy. It’s just not right for consumers and is especially horrible for the environment.

Bought 2019; broke down 2022. I’ve never been happy with the production of this washer. Doesn’t clean well; doesn’t utilize enough water. The clothing has even come out with dry spots… what’s up with that? And visible dirt remaining on the clothing and/or in the washer drum.

I bought the new GE335ASNWW washing machine about 3 weeks ago. The first time I washed, the clothes were still wet. It took 3 dry cycles (in my dryer) to dry the clothes! Then, the washer quit working, when I tried a second load, one week later. The GE repairman said, the the motor and door snap need to be replaced! After one wash! Buyer beware! My previous Kenmore washer, I had for 25 years!
