I was very pleased with choice of Best Buy. I had to have a smaller specific width & depth which gave me only 3 choices My nee washer is a liitle loud but much deeper tub and plenty of dash buttons-not digital. Also allows me to open lid after wash has started. I love quick wash option . Very pleased with h ptoduct sale price, 2 day install and professional,on time installers.

The day of delivery was great too, they came in and within minutes everything was installed with no issues. Having app helped knowing when delivery people would come by without waiting all day.

It sounds like a dot matrix printer when agitating. If you are do not mind this noise because of where your machine is located, than this is a good washer for you. I did not like how the softener left residue after washing sometimes as well.

Posted .We appreciate your purchase and would like to help. It is true that your new washer will make different sounds than your previous washer because of the new technology. You will hear clicking, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. To help with a detergent residue build-up we recommend filling the washer to the highest water level with hot water and add one capful of liquid detergent. Allow your washer to agitate through a normal wash and let it drain. Then wipe out the soap residue which has softened from the hot water and detergent. This will help. Posted .We'd like to assist with our new washer's out of balance occurrences. It’s extremely important that the washer is properly leveled and all 4 leveling legs are firmly on an even floor space. This will help to reduce out of balance occurrences during the cycle and ensure quieter operation. Additionally, it’s important that the tub is loaded evenly, with the weight of the load equally distributed. Unbalanced loads can cause increased vibration, and therefore, cause the washer to move and/or be louder than normal. This model can wash bulky items like blankets and other bedding; however, you may need to add additional items to the tub so that an evenly distributed load can be achieved. You can find instructions on proper loading, leveling, and additional troubleshooting at the article titled “Top Load Washer – Wet Clothes Concerns” on the GE Appliances website.
