This the 2nd washer I have bought in 6 years Same washer. The old one still works, but it kept getting off balance and would bang and on some cycles it would not spin.

I love this machine, it’s efficient works wonderfully, and a great purchase on my part. The people at Best Buy were very helpful the purchase of this new GE machine. I would highly recommend this machine at the store to all my friends

Got a good deal on this model for 4th of July sales. Almost $200 off. This model was also on sale at other hardware stores (L.. HD..) Best Buy is the way to go. Excellent staff and usually available unlike where other stores only have one employee. Back to the washer. So far so good. The real test will come after years of use.. I did purchase extended 5 year warranty. One thing that all energy efficient washers have is that they take to long to wash.. that’s just how it is. Barring that, I’m hoping to buy the matching Dryer on Nov or Dec sales. Yes I would buy again!

I absolutely love this washing machine!!! I’ve had 2 front loaders before this. They don’t last and they don’t clean your clothes!!! I will never buy another machine that doesn’t have an agitator it’s unbelievable how much cleaner my clothes are!!!!!!

The washer gets the clothes really clean and does a great job, but when I put a bulky load cycle on I expect it not to bang, but that’s what it does so I don’t know if that’s normal.

I wish my former washing machine had been fixed so that I could have kept it. I did not know it at the time but I do not like the deep washer bowl and it has too many choices as far as all the dials etc. I needed a washing machine so I just chose one without much thot being given to it. But it was not a good decision on my part. It would have been worth it to me to fix the old one......all this is unfortunately realized in retrospect on my part! It was too expensive for me to have made such a bad decision. One thing I really don't like is the deep bowl. It's a beautiful machine as far as looking at it from the front. We purchased the GE top loading washing machine after 14 years with a front loading machine. Easy to operate. the clothes are cleaned very well.

Easy to use Washer with clear knobs that detail the settings clearly. Used it only once so far but everything went well with all the items looking good.

Got off to a rocky start. The first machine broke down in less than a week. They promptly replaced it and the new one works well.

This washer and dryer set is highly satisfactory and efficient in its performance. We had it delivered, and the delivery personnel, particularly KC, demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and courtesy. I highly recommend this product.
