They can either answer your question or transfer you to your local store to answer your specific question. Regarding the balancing issue, we recommend checking to see if your unit is level. You can review how to level your unit in the installation instructions on (Page 18) on the website. Dianna@GE Appliances

We're a family of 8 so we do alot of washing, this washer is a life saver and time saver. The installation was easy. Very happy with the price as well.

Posted .We'd like to help out with your washer pausing and not starting properly. We suggest checking to see if the door is properly closing or if any obstructions are preventing it from closing.
