Good Machine

Posted .We are so happy to hear you are pleased with your purchase. This model has both Deep Fill and Deep Rinse which are amazing features. The Deep Fill allows you to add more water to the cycle if needed. The Deep Rinse should be selected when using liquid fabric softener or when a deep fill rinse is needed. When this option is selected, the Washer will go into a Deep Rinse after the agitation portion of the wash cycle. Enjoy!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This washing machine has a terrible rinse cycle even though I use the appropriate amount of detergent. Clothes come out with soap residue all the time and when I tried the extra rinse toward the end of the cycle I noticed that the tub simply fills with water then agitated and empties. As the water level goes down you can see the soap residue still sitting on top of the clothes and then the spin cycle starts with the soap residue still in the clothes. The only way I found to fix this is manually add water during the spin cycle and when it completes, run the "drain & spin" cycle to get all the water out of the clothes. I may as well go down to the river with a wash board.

Posted .We recommend using HE (High-Efficiency) detergent in this washer being sure to use the amount suggested on the detergent packaging. HE detergents are low-sudsing and specially formulated for high efficiency washers to provide excellent whitening, stain removal and clothes care. They are recommended for use in all of our washers.
